My luggage is leaking loops.

"How do you contact a live person with Loops? I love their products, but I bought the travel set & it ruined 2 days of my trip in Paris. It leaked so bad into my luggage, that I had to find a laundromat within walking distance, on foot I dragged my luggage there to wash my clothes so I had something clean & dry to wear. Then clean out my luggage & let it dry before I had to move to my next destination. Not cool, not at all."
